If you are an Indian student who has qualified the NEET 2025 examination, please follow the steps below as per the guidelines of the Medical Education Commission (MEC) of Nepal:
 1.⁠ ⁠Check Application Availability: Regularly visit the MEC website’s Notices Section (https://www.mec.gov.np/en/category/notice) to stay updated on the opening of the online application form for the 2025–26 session.
 2.⁠ ⁠Online Form Submission: When the form is available, complete and submit the MECEE-BL 2025 online application at https://entrance.mec.gov.np/.
 3.⁠ ⁠Confirmation Page: After submission, download and save the Online Application Confirmation Page.
 4.⁠ ⁠Counselling Announcement: Wait for the official notice regarding the counselling schedule.
 5.⁠ ⁠Attend Counselling: Be present for the counselling session at the MEC Office in Kathmandu.
 6.⁠ ⁠College Selection: Choose your preferred medical college during counselling.
 7.⁠ ⁠Fee Payment: Follow MEC instructions for payment of the first installment of fees to the university.
 8.⁠ ⁠Admission Confirmation: Obtain the Admission Confirmation Letter from the university.
 9.⁠ ⁠Join College: Report to your chosen college with the admission confirmation letter to complete your enrollment.
