This policy explains how the Birat Medical College website handles information.
What we collect
- Chat assistant: questions typed into “Chat with Birat” are processed to answer them and are not stored or logged. If the assistant uses an AI service to phrase a reply, the question is sent to that service for that purpose only.
- Your browser: the chat keeps the current conversation in your browser for the session, so it is there if you reload the page. It is cleared when you close the tab.
- Server logs: like any website, our servers record technical information such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information. Admission applications are made through the Medical Education Commission, not through this website.
